Once upon a time, old world Japan met Texas town square.
As different as these two places are, they have many things in common—
Not least of which is a devotion to the art of a great watering hole. To us, true craftsmanship begins with understanding our ingredients: their quality, their origins, and the impact they have on people and planet. With every visit, we aim to offer more than just food and drink—we craft an experience that delights all the senses, rooted in tradition and designed for today’s world.

Kyotobrew is an authentic blend of our co-founders’ heritage, served a la neighborhood coffee bar.
We’ll be dishing out your favorite coffee classics along with our artisanal cold brew and mixed drinks, paired with fresh breads and bites made from scratch. Our space is designed to reflect the cozy, intimate atmosphere of a traditional Japanese izakaya (a word that translates to “stay-drink-place”).

Our Matcha
We traveled to Japan to immerse ourselves in the art of matcha—learning how to identify different grades, source the highest quality leaves, and prepare matcha in the traditional way. The matcha we serve is prized for its vibrant color, smooth umami flavor, and unparalleled freshness. Every cup reflects the care and craftsmanship of centuries-old Japanese tea culture.
Our Coffee
We partnered with Cultivar Coffee, a roaster known for their commitment to both quality and socioeconomic responsibility. Their meticulous approach to coffee—roasting in small batches with precision and care—aligns with our dedication to serving an exceptional cup, every time.
Our Cocktails
Our cocktail program was crafted by George Kaiho, an award-winning Japanese-Texan mixologist known for his innovative style. Each cocktail is a carefully balanced experience, merging classic techniques with unexpected flavors to create something both elegant and exciting.

Our Food &
Housemade Ingredients
We make all of our baked goods fresh from scratch every morning, using only real, whole ingredients—no preservatives or artificial ingredients. We also craft our own syrups and sauces in-house, ensuring that every coffee and drink is made with the same level of freshness and quality.
